Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung resmi meluncurkan Program Keringanan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) Tahun 2026 yang berlangsung hari ini 2 Juni hingga 31 Agustus 2026.

Dalam sambutannya, Jihan Nurlela mengatakan program tersebut merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk meringankan beban masyarakat sekaligus meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor di Provinsi Lampung.
“Hari ini kita melaksanakan launching Program Keringanan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor tahun 2026. Insyaallah sampai dengan Agustus kami akan memberikan berbagai keringanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor bagi masyarakat Lampung,” kata Jihan.
Dalam program tersebut, kendaraan yang memiliki tunggakan pajak satu hingga lima tahun hanya diwajibkan membayar PKB sebesar satu setengah tahun. Rinciannya, wajib pajak membayar pajak satu tahun berjalan dan 50 persen tunggakan yang dihitung berdasarkan nilai pajak tahun berjalan.
Selain itu, Pemprov Lampung juga memberikan apresiasi kepada wajib pajak yang selama ini taat membayar pajak melalui skema diskon PKB sebesar 5 hingga 25 persen.
Diskon sebesar 5 persen diberikan kepada kendaraan yang taat membayar PKB. Kemudian diskon 15 persen diberikan kepada kendaraan yang selama empat tahun berturut-turut membayar PKB di wilayah Provinsi Lampung tanpa pernah menunggak.
Selanjutnya, diskon 20 persen diberikan kepada kendaraan yang selama empat tahun berturut-turut taat membayar PKB dan berusia di atas 10 tahun. Sementara diskon 25 persen diberikan kepada kendaraan yang selama empat tahun berturut-turut taat membayar PKB dan berusia lebih dari 15 tahun.
Pemprov Lampung juga memberikan insentif bagi kendaraan yang melakukan balik nama dan mutasi dalam daerah berupa diskon PKB tahun berjalan sebesar 25 persen untuk mobil dan 50 persen untuk sepeda motor.

Sementara itu, kendaraan yang melakukan mutasi masuk ke Provinsi Lampung akan memperoleh diskon sebesar 50 persen untuk pajak tahun pertama dan diskon 50 persen untuk pajak tahun kedua.
Dalam program ini, pemerintah juga memberikan pembebasan denda PKB serta pembebasan pajak progresif.
Jihan mengimbau masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan program tersebut selama periode yang telah ditetapkan.
“Kami mengajak seluruh masyarakat untuk segera memanfaatkan Program Keringanan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Tahun 2026 ini. Kesempatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat menyelesaikan kewajiban pajaknya sekaligus mendukung pembangunan daerah,” katanya.
Menurut Jihan, Provinsi Lampung memiliki potensi sebanyak 751.361 unit kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat yang masih menunggak pajak selama satu hingga lima tahun.
Jihan menyampaikan masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan layanan di seluruh Samsat Induk dan Samsat Drive Thru untuk keperluan perpanjangan STNK dan penggantian pelat nomor kendaraan.
Sementara bagi wajib pajak yang hanya melakukan pembayaran PKB tahunan tanpa perpanjangan STNK, pembayaran dapat dilakukan melalui Samsat Mall, Samsat Keliling, Samsat Desa, Samsat Kontainer, maupun secara daring melalui aplikasi e-Signal dan e-Samdes.
Ia berharap program keringanan pajak tersebut dapat menjadi stimulus bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor.
“Kami optimistis program ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk membayar pajak sekaligus mendorong peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Lampung,” tambahnya.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Kepala PT Jasa Raharja Kantor Wilayah Lampung Amaluddin Salam menjelaskan bahwa saat masyarakat membayar PKB, secara otomatis juga membayarkan SWDKLLJ (Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan).
Menurutnya, kepatuhan masyarakat dalam membayar pajak kendaraan turut memberikan kepastian perlindungan dasar bagi korban kecelakaan lalu lintas melalui program Jasa Raharja.
“Kami mengapresiasi seluruh wajib pajak yang selama ini konsisten memenuhi kewajibannya. Pembayaran pajak kendaraan yang disertai pembayaran SWDKLLJ memberikan kepastian jaminan perlindungan bagi para korban kecelakaan lalu lintas,” ujar Amaluddin.
