Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung kembali menorehkan prestasi dalam tata kelola keuangan daerah dengan meraih opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI atas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) Tahun Anggaran 2025.

Capaian tersebut menjadi opini WTP ke-12 yang diraih Pemprov Lampung secara berturut-turut sejak 2015.
Penyerahan Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) BPK RI dilakukan dalam Sidang Paripurna DPRD Provinsi Lampung, Jumat, 12 Juni 2026.
Laporan hasil pemeriksaan diserahkan Kepala Badan Perencanaan, Evaluasi, dan Kebijakan Pemeriksaan Keuangan Negara BPK RI, Novy Gregory Antonius Pelenkahu, kepada Gubernur Lampung Rahmat Mirzani Djausal didampingi Ketua DPRD Lampung Ahmad Giri Akbar.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Novy menyampaikan sejumlah rekomendasi kepada Pemprov Lampung. Di antaranya terkait masih adanya selisih antara penerimaan dan pengeluaran yang berdampak pada munculnya utang daerah.
“Di antaranya, antara penerimaan dan pengeluaran itu masih ada utang. Sebab penerimaan ini, nanti kasihan perencanaan bagus-bagus tapi tidak bisa terealisasi,” kata Novy.
Selain itu, BPK juga menemukan beberapa pekerjaan yang mengalami kekurangan volume dan harus segera ditindaklanjuti dengan pengembalian ke kas negara.
Meski demikian, temuan tersebut dinilai tidak berpengaruh secara material dan signifikan terhadap kewajaran penyajian laporan keuangan. Karena itu, BPK kembali memberikan opini WTP kepada Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung.
Novy menegaskan seluruh rekomendasi yang diberikan harus segera ditindaklanjuti oleh pemerintah daerah.
“BPK telah memberikan rekomendasi dan sesuai ketentuan rekomendasi tersebut ditindaklanjuti oleh gubernur bersama jajaran selambat-lambatnya 60 hari setelah rekomendasi ini diberikan,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Gubernur Lampung Rahmat Mirzani Djausal mengatakan capaian opini WTP merupakan hasil kerja bersama seluruh organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) serta dukungan DPRD Provinsi Lampung.

“WTP 12 kali berturut-turut ini tentu bukan hanya prestasi, namun merupakan bukti komitmen Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan sesuai perundang-undangan yang berlaku,” kata Mirza.
Menurutnya, opini WTP merupakan bentuk pengakuan tertinggi atas kualitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah sekaligus menjadi fondasi untuk memperkuat tata kelola pemerintahan yang transparan dan akuntabel.
Mirza juga menyampaikan apresiasi kepada BPK RI dan BPK Perwakilan Provinsi Lampung yang telah melakukan pemeriksaan serta memberikan berbagai rekomendasi perbaikan.
“Kami mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Ketua BPK RI serta BPK RI Perwakilan Provinsi Lampung yang telah melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap tanggung jawab dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah, serta rekomendasi-rekomendasi yang sangat berharga sebagai solusi dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas pemerintahan dan pembangunan daerah, khususnya penatausahaan pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan daerah secara lebih baik lagi,” pungkasnya.
