Komisi V DPRD Provinsi Lampung berjanji meneruskan aspirasi mantan karyawan PT Wahana Raharja dan PT Lampung Energi Berjaya (LEB) kepada Gubernur Lampung setelah menerima berbagai keluhan terkait hak pekerja yang belum dibayarkan meski sebagian telah berkekuatan hukum tetap.

Aspirasi tersebut disampaikan dalam Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) Komisi V DPRD Lampung bersama Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) Bandar Lampung serta sejumlah mantan pegawai kedua Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) tersebut, Senin 8 Juni 2026.
Dalam forum itu, para mantan pekerja mengungkap nasib mereka yang telah bertahun-tahun menunggu pembayaran gaji, pesangon, dan hak lainnya. Bahkan, salah seorang mantan pegawai PT LEB meninggal dunia sebelum sempat menerima hak yang menjadi kewajibannya.
Anggota Komisi V, Syukron Muchtar dan Mardiana, menerima langsung keluhan yang disampaikan LBH Bandar Lampung bersama para mantan pegawai BUMD.
Syukron mengatakan, alasan yang disampaikan perusahaan terkait belum dibayarkannya hak pekerja karena kondisi keuangan yang tidak memungkinkan tidak bisa terus dijadikan pembenaran.
“Maka kami beranggapan kalau nunggu keadaan keuangannya sehat, ya kapan bisa ditunaikan,” kata Syukron.
Menurutnya, harus ada itikad baik dari manajemen BUMD maupun pemerintah provinsi sebagai pemegang saham mayoritas untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut.
Komisi V, lanjut Syukron, akan terlebih dahulu membahas persoalan tersebut secara internal sebelum menyampaikan rekomendasi kepada pimpinan DPRD. Jika diperlukan, pihaknya juga akan mengagendakan audiensi dengan Gubernur Lampung Rahmat Mirzani Djausal.
“Kalau diperlukan, kami akan beraudensi dengan gubernur menyampaikan aspirasi ini kalau memang ini ada sudah berkekuatan hukum, harus segera dilaksanakan,” tegasnya.
Syukron mengingatkan, putusan pengadilan yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap wajib dihormati dan dijalankan. Jika terus diabaikan, kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan persoalan hukum baru.
“Karena konsekuensinya kalau tidak dilaksanakan, ini bisa punya potensi pidana,” katanya.
Ia juga mengaku prihatin dengan kondisi para pekerja yang telah bertahun-tahun menunggu kepastian hak mereka. Menurutnya, persoalan tersebut bukan sekadar angka atau administrasi perusahaan, melainkan menyangkut kehidupan keluarga para pekerja.
“Maka kami tidak ingin berkepanjangan karena tujuh pekerja juga punya tanggung jawab rumah tangga, tanggung jawab kehidupan yang harus mereka tunaikan,” ujarnya.
Karena itu, Komisi V mendorong agar segera ditemukan jalan keluar yang dapat diterima semua pihak. Pembayaran hak pekerja, kata Syukron, tidak harus sekaligus apabila kondisi perusahaan belum memungkinkan, namun yang terpenting adalah adanya komitmen dan langkah nyata untuk menyelesaikannya.
“Mudah-mudahan nanti ada solusi win-win-win solution buat semuanya lah ya, kalaupun memang tidak langsung dibayarkan seratus persen, mungkin bisa bertahap atau segala macam. Yang penting kan ada itikad baik ya hak itu bisa tertunaikan,” pungkasnya.
Anggota Komisi V DPRD Provinsi Lampung,Mardiana menambahkan, pihaknya sangat memahami kesedihan yang dirasakan para pekerja. Oleh karena itu, Komisi V akan segera membahas persoalan ini dalam rapat internal.
