Ketua DPRD Provinsi Lampung, Ahmad Giri Akbar, menyatakan dukungan penuh atas pengangkatan Naniek S. Deyang sebagai Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) yang baru menggantikan Dadan Hindayana.

Menurut Giri, langkah Presiden melakukan penyegaran kepemimpinan di tubuh BGN merupakan strategi untuk memperkuat program ketahanan pangan dan pemenuhan gizi nasional ke depan.
“Langkah ini tentu telah melalui proses evaluasi yang sangat matang oleh Presiden,” kata Giri, Selasa 2 Juni 2026
Ia menegaskan, seluruh komponen bangsa harus mendukung langkah strategis BGN di bawah kepemimpinan baru.
“Semua komponen bangsa siap merapatkan barisan dan memberikan dukungan total untuk langkah-langkah strategis BGN di bawah komando Ibu Naniek S. Deyang,” ujarnya.
Sebagai pimpinan legislatif di daerah, Giri juga memastikan Provinsi Lampung siap mendukung penuh keberhasilan program nasional tersebut.
Menurutnya, Lampung memiliki fondasi yang kuat untuk menjadi salah satu daerah penopang keberlanjutan program gizi nasional.
Ia menyebut kesiapan itu didukung oleh infrastruktur daerah yang dinilai memadai, mulai dari fasilitas hingga jalur distribusi yang siap dioptimalkan.
